Unser Bestseller im 4er Set
Klinge aus hochwertigem Chrom-Molybdän-Stahl, gehärtet auf 56 Rockwell Härtegrade (+/- 1 Grad).
Die sehr feine Klingenoberfläche verbessert die Rostbeständigkeit und lässt die Klinge leicht durch das Schneidgut gleiten. Durch das regelmäßige Wellen entlang der Schneide gleitet das Messer sicher und ohne Abrutschen durch alles Schneidgut mit harten Schalen oder Krusten. Der Wellenabstand (von Spitze zu Spitze) beträgt 3 mm. Die Messer sind spülmaschinengeeignet. Zum Schutz der Schneide empfehlen wir jedoch die manuelle Reinigung.
